The HRS4R Action Plan is a strategic tool for research institutions seeking to improve their human resources policies, foster an attractive and competitive working environment, and align with European standards on recruitment and working conditions for researchers. Based on a GAP analysis, this plan includes specific objectives, concrete actions, timelines and responsible parties to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of institutional practices.
